Geopat Lom Consortium started the construction of the project Renovated Urban Spaces in the Town of Lom

PATSTROY-92 AD, in partnership with Geostroy AD, takes part in DZZD Geopat Lom Consortium which is the contractor of the project Renovated Urban Spaces in the Town of Lom. The project is funded under Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020 in pursuance of Investment Programme for Urban Renewal and Development of the Town of Lom.

The project was officially launched with a groundbreaking ceremony on 10 October 2018 in the town of Lom. The Mayor of Lom Penka Penkova, the Chairman of the Municipal Council Hristina Hristova and the representative of DZZD Geopat Lom Consortium M.Eng. Tsvetoslav Petkov turned the first sod to mark the beginning of construction and assembly works.

Earlier that day, the project objectives and expected results were presented at an informative meeting attended by the Mayor, the Chairman of the Municipal Council, the contractor’s representative, representatives of on-site building inspection and designer’s supervision, financial audit, municipal councillors, townsmеn and journalists.

Тhe project Renovated Urban Spaces in the Town of Lom envisages capital repair of sections of thirteen streets and a green area in a public open space of high importance in the town centre. ‘With the implementation of this project, we are building upon our past achievements and now our goal is to connect the streets en bloc,’ said the Mayor of Lom during the project presentation.

The time of project completion is 116 days.
