PATSTROY-92 AD is among the leading companies in Bulgaria in the sphere of road-construction. The company has substantial experience, strong technical capacity and resources to fully implement construction projects related to transport and road infrastructure - from preliminary design and engineering, through overall execution of construction works, to full guarantee maintenance of a completed project. The company is registered in the Central Register of Professional Builders at the Bulgarian Construction Chamber for executing construction works in all site categories from groups 1 to 5. The company has built, rehabilitated, repaired and maintained motorways, roads and road facilities, urban communication and power lines. It has also installed and reconstructed water supply and sewerage systems and their related structures, non-hazardous municipal waste landfills and other facilities of public utility infrastructure.
In its 31-year history, 16 years of which - in GEOTECHMIN GROUP, the company has executed contracts, solely or in cooperation, for more than 470 national and municipal road infrastructure projects. These projects were implemented under EU programmes for rehabilitation of the Bulgarian motorway network, such as Transit Roads Programme, PHARE, ISPA, Cross Border Cooperation, Operational Programme Transport 2007 - 2013, Operational Programme Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014 - 2020, and Operational Programme Regional Development 2014 - 2020. They were co-financed by the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the World Bank.

In August 2024, Patstroy-92 commenced the execution of the project Rehabilitation of Municipal Road SFO 1093/I-1 (Novachene – Botevgrad), Novachene – Bozhenitsa Road Section. The Employer of the project is Botevgrad Municipality.

A 7.5 km road section of Lot 1, Mezdra-Botevgrad expressway was completed by Geopat Lot 1 Consortium comprising Geostroy AD and Patstroy-92 AD, part of GEOTECHMIN GROUP.

PATSTROY-92 AD has implemented an integrated management system, which encompasses ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety).
PATSTROY-92 holds certificates of conformity for its products - different types of "Asphalt Concrete", "Polymer Modified Bitumen", "Aggregates" and "Concrete - Compressive Strength Grades C 12/15, C 16/20, C 20/25, C 25/30 and C 32/40". These certificates verify that all normative standards and regulations have been observed in terms of conformity assessment and production control over the manufactured products.
